  • After washing the aluminum plate, Stu rolls it to his studio.
  • Gerry from Addley Precision stands beside the 52 x 85 Aluminum backing plate for Holbox.
  • Aluminum backing plate with hanging brackets attached, ready for lamination of renboard.
  • Lamination of renboard to plate first requires fibreglass layer as shown.
  • Renboard set in place for lamination on fibreglass and plate.
  • MANY heavy bricks are laid on the epoxied renboard to add weight while epoxy sets up.
  • Epoxy complete and ready to be sanded.
  • Sanded and ready for layout of Holbox tree.
