Silver Peak

Silver Peak is the highest peak of the La Cloche Mountain range, standing at 539 metres. The Silhouette Trail to Silver Peak is a demanding hike up 330 metres of uninterrupted elevation through a maple and oak forest, until suddenly there is an opening to the sky. From the summit, it appears you are on top of the world. Powerful winds across the barren quartzite formations and remarkable views of Georgian Bay spanning the horizon like a vast inland sea make this an unforgettable experience.
