This was a very interesting painting. It started off a small solo 9” x 12” painting. The client knew I tend to enjoy creating multiple panel paintings, so she asked if I could add onto this first original piece with maybe one or two more panels. Being very familiar with this area of the La Cloche Mountains, I knew immediately that I could easily compose at least a three panel (triptych) for her.
This final triptych painting is what developed from this first painting.
